New Publix grocery store coming to Mills River; construction timeline unknown

MILLS RIVER, N.C. (WLOS) — People in Mills River will soon have a new place to do their grocery shopping.

There is now a Publix sign up by the Bojangles restaurant located off of N.C. 280.
