Joe V’s by Texas grocer H-E-B set to open in Dallas

Joe V’s Smart Shop is set to open in Dallas on June 12, according to a story in the Dallas Observer.

H-E-B announced last year that it planned to open two locations of its discount grocery chain to the Dallas area.
