A check-out feature at select Giant Eagle stores has been winded down as of Monday, the chain confirmed to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4.
Giant Eagle said its “Scan Pay Go” feature has been ended for five of its stores. Scan Pay Go allows customers to scan items with their smartphone while shopping, then using that list of items to quickly check out.
